My passion and philosophy is simple -- Excellence.  It is a core value of who I am as a person, an educator and a leader.  It is what drives me to perform and to grow; testing the limits of my capability personally and professionally and pushing them farther.

Excellence is an attitude that one must cultivate and support its growth.  To do so, one must study excellence and be committed to life-long learning.

I believe that living consciously entails being responsible for your decisions, actions and the results obtained; that you are in-control of the direction you take and your attitude along the way.  Conversely, living unconsciously is the easiest road to a life of disappointment and regret.

Uncovering your passions and living your life fully engaged is the secret to life-long happiness. and fulfillment.

I believe in working hard and that contentment resides in the struggle to accomplish a worthwhile goal.

The power of the mind and the ability to train one’s self (physically and mentally) is unlimited -- it is truly amazing what a committed person can achieve.

Finally, the pursuit of excellence is a never-ending challenge; one filled with passion and discovery.
